We’re excited to welcome our first Climb For Kujali Team to Tanzania!  After months of fundraising and awareness-raising, our team of ten participants and our Director of Development Climb Coordinator, Sarah Lowe, have finally arrived!  They are here to visit the school their fundraising support has helped to build (HOCET Secondary School), meet our students, and of course, climb Mt. Kilimanjaro.

We enjoyed a fun and full day together around Dar, exploring the city and sites – from the local arts & hand-carved craft market of Mwenge to the beautiful white beaches along the Indian Ocean.  We ended the day with an Ethiopian meal at Addis In Dar, one of our favorites restaurants in the city! Tomorrow, the team catches a bus up to Moshi for the adventure of their lives.  Stay tuned for more info on Climb For Kujali 2010!
