Kujali “New School” Program to Launch

We’re excited to announce that applications will open this month for Kujali’s pilot “New School” Program in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania!  Kujali “New School” is all about a new approach to educating and equipping disadvantaged youth with the tools for change that prioritizes customized learning pathways, individualized coaching and counseling, career advocacy support, and access to technology, extensive learning tools, and seed capital for business start-up and/or higher learning.

Kujali New School Programs will take place at Kujali’s recently opened Youth Resource Center, and include a multi-faceted approach to providing critical support to low-income youth between the ages of 16-25.

Ultimately, Kujali “New School” is about bringing its seven years of work in Tanzania full circle — expanding the continuum of care for its former secondary students and creating the opportunities needed for Kujali youth to lead healthy, happy, and self-sufficient lives.
