They took on a mountain for our kids. This past summer, a team of eleven international climbers, led by Kujali’s Director of Development, Sarah Lowe, met in Moshi, Tanzania to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro in support of HOCET Secondary School (HSS).  Together, they raised over $75,000 for school construction, paving the way for HSS to become a registered boarding school in Tanzania.  It was an inspiring journey for the team — exploring a new country, meeting our students, touring the school, and reaching the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak.
